A February 1998 incident at Phoenix's Sky Harbor Airport in Arizona led Guns N' Roses lead singer Axl Rose to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disturbing the peace. Rose cursed and shook his fist at an airport supervisor, who wanted to look through the singer's bags at a security checkpoint.

Hiroshi Nishizaki, 46, was arrested in Osaka, Japan, in May and accused of causing damage of the equivalent of about $5,500 by pouring urine on a neighbor's house on 169 occasions, because it was blocking Nishizaki's view.
Jamal Barrow
Jamal Barrow, a protege of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs also known as Shyne, was sentenced to 10 years in prison in April 2002 for assault, gun possession, and reckless endangerment in connection with a December 1999 shooting in a New York City nightclub. Barrow will be eligible for parole from the Clinto Correctional Facility in 2009. Combs, Barrow's codefendant, was acquitted of weapons charges during the Manhattan trial.
