Oakland, California, authorities charged Murder, Inc., head Irving Lorenzo (aka Irv Gotti) with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance in August 2003. During a security check backstage at an R. Kelly show, authorities found a single tab of Ecstasy in the 32-year-old rap impresario's pocket as well as Viagra (which is not illegal).
