An appellate court later ordered him released, ruling that the sentence did not account for the time the actor had spent in court-ordered rehab. The second picture below was snapped after the actor was arrested in April 2001, for suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance, after police found him wandering in a Culver City alley. Charges were not filed.
