Bizarre Reasoning Undercuts CVS Armed Robbery Plea

A former prison convict charged with armed robbery at the CVS pharmacy in Adrian claimed Wednesday he was only trying to frighten an employee with a toy gun who made disparaging comments about a thief.

David Daniel Byard, 48, of Adrian gave the explanation while pleading guilty to assault with intent to rob while armed, a charge that carries a maximum life prison term. Click Here To Read More

California authorities charged Backstreet Boy Nick Carter with drunk driving in March 2005 after the 25-year-old singer was pulled over for a traffic violation at about 7:30 PM.
