A woman on Giuntoli Lane watched as a man dug a hole in the ground and pulled a cell phone and two identification cards out of it. She thought this "suspicious."

Actor Joshua Jackson, best known for playing Pacey on Dawson's Creek, was arrested by police in Raleigh, NC in November 2002 after assaulting a security guard at a Hurricanes hockey game. The 24-year-old Jackson registered a blood alcohol level of .14, higher than North Carolina's limit of .08. The mug shot below was snapped at the Wake County jail before he was released on $1,000 bail. He was later sentenced to an alcohol education program.
