Federal authorities say joking about having a bomb is not funny. But that's apparently what a New York City doctor did last week in the passenger terminal of the Rochester Airport.

An officer witnessed the breaking of glass in Jenkins Hall. A male student was seen brushing glass from his shoulder, but claimed the glass was already broken when it fell from its frame on him.

In March 2006, Florida authorities charged Jay Jenkins (aka Young Jeezy) with two counts of carrying a concealed firearm without a permit. Miami Beach police reports state that the 28-year-old rapper was arrested after an alleged shootout in South Beach involving several members of his entourage. Authorities stopped the group a short time later and found a semi-automatic gun under Jeezy's seat and another near the armrest.
