A police investigation led two detectives to the doorstep of a home in the 13900 block of Wheeling Lane to investigate the manufacturing of methamphetamine Wednesday evening.
Kristy Ignowski, 29, and Thomas Croley, 34, came to the door along with two children.
Police were told a man was "taking a bath" in a fountain in a shopping area at 2201 Pillsbury Ave.
