James Michael Holsten had barely gotten off Rappahannock Regional Jail property Friday when he was arrested and jailed again, police said.

Holsten, 27, of Bowling Green is accused of damaging police cruisers belonging to the jail in a fit of rage over property he claimed was missing when he was released Friday, Stafford sheriff's spokesman Bill Kennedy said. Click Here To Read More
