Gaudily Dresssed Robbery Suspect In Custody

A distinctively dressed man was in federal custody on suspicion of robbing a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Miramar, Fla., law enforcement officials said.

The FBI said James Francis Deans, 27, of Hallandale Beach, was arrested Friday and was scheduled to make his first federal court appearance next week, the South Florida Sun Sentinel in Fort Lauderdale reported. Surveillance video showed the suspect was dressed in a plaid sweater vest worn over a short-sleeved shirt and clashing plaid shorts, the FBI said. He also wore a cap and sunglasses.
