Ghost Stole $5,000 Resume, Says Barrow County Woman

A Barrow County sheriff's deputy encountered a burglary case on Saturday possibly more suited to a ghost hunter, the Athens-Banner Herald reports.

Though she perhaps should have called the Ghostbusters, the theft victim instead told local deputies that a ghost stole from her.

A Starbucks customer stole a tip jar with $25 in it from a drive-through in League City. League City Police Lt. Bruce Whitten said the theft happened just after 3 p.m. Sunday at the Starbucks at 100 E. Main Street.
