Joy Sartin was either a harried single mom on her way to pick up her 4-year-old son after work or a suspended driver who tried to bribe her way out of a ticket after a Portland cop stopped her.

A Multnomah County jury decided the latter, despite Sartin's explanation that she pulled $270 in cash out of her bra only because she was trying to pay the ticket on the spot. Click Here To Read More
