Man, 26, Charged In Third Church Break-In In Four Months

A village man has been accused of cutting the window screens at St. Mary of the Snow church rectory, according to the Saugerties Police Department.

It is the second time that Nathaniel H. Schultz, 26, of 69 Main St. Saugerties, has been arrested in connection with an incident on church grounds.

Police Blotter

Police are investigating two incidents involving a male exposing himself on the Neumann College campus. The first incident occurred Jan. 22, about 2:45 p.m., in a stairwell. A female student said she encountered a white male in his mid-20s who was exposing himself. A second incident was reported about 3 p.m. Feb. 11. The male was described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, about 180 pounds with short brown hair and wearing large frame glasses, faded brown bomber jacket and a blue shirt.

Edward Furlong

Former kid-celebrity Edward Furlong was arrested in Kentucky in September 2004 on charges of public intoxication. Furlong and company allegedly arrived at a local grocery store in a rowdy manner and started to snatch lobsters from the store's tank. When police tried to search him, he put his hands up in the air and started to turn around in circles. Furlong was in custody only a handful of hours before posting bail and being released.
