| Man Accused Of Selling Pot On Courthouse Lawn | | Published: January 12, 2012 | News Blog | 644 Clicks | The Grant County, Wash., sheriff says deputies arrested a 22-year-old after citizens mentioned that a young man in a red coat was approaching people in front of the county courthouse and asking if they wanted to buy marijuana.

Deputies on Tuesday found a man who smelled strongly of pot standing on the courthouse lawn in Ephrata. They also found more than 20 grams of packaged marijuana in his pockets.
Sheriff Tom Jones says Andrew Allen Kramer of Grand Coulee was arrested, cited for marijuana possession and released. The marijuana was seized.
Says Jones, "This one speaks for itself." |

| Police are investigating two incidents involving a male exposing himself on the Neumann College campus.
The first incident occurred Jan. 22, about 2:45 p.m., in a stairwell. A female student said she encountered a white male in his mid-20s who was exposing himself.
A second incident was reported about 3 p.m. Feb. 11. The male was described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, about 180 pounds with short brown hair and wearing large frame glasses, faded brown bomber jacket and a blue shirt. |
