A Louisiana man was arrested last weekend after a 75-year-old woman told sheriff's deputies that he used an expletive in her presence.
Jared Dylan Smith, 20, of West Monroe, was charged Saturday with disturbing the peace through language and disorderly conduct, according to booking details on the Ouachita Parish Correction Center's website.
Police are investigating two incidents involving a male exposing himself on the Neumann College campus.
The first incident occurred Jan. 22, about 2:45 p.m., in a stairwell. A female student said she encountered a white male in his mid-20s who was exposing himself.
A second incident was reported about 3 p.m. Feb. 11. The male was described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, about 180 pounds with short brown hair and wearing large frame glasses, faded brown bomber jacket and a blue shirt.
In 2005, Georgia state police clocked comedian Chris Tucker, 33, going 109 in his 2005 Bentley. He refused to pull over for them and was charged with reckless driving and fleeing to elude. Tucker, the star of Rush Hour, was a guest of the McDuffie County jail before being released on a cash bond.
