Kyle Sumrall, 26, of Reidsville was charged with two counts of Creating a Hoax within a Public Building, two counts of Injury to Personal Property and two counts of Larceny.
Investigators say on Saturday, Sumrall placed a syringe in a package of ground beef and showed it to a store employee. Police say that same day, Sumrall stole a Hoover Vacuum worth $395.
On Sunday, Sumrall is accused of pulling a similar stunt by placing a syringe into a box of Q-Tips and taking it to an employee. Click Here To Read More
