Authorities in Ohio said a man was busted for driving under suspension twice by the same deputy in the space of 9 hours.
The Lorain County Sheriff's Office said a deputy pulled over Roy Pinkston III, 27, for driving under an OVI suspension around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday on state Road 82, and the same deputy pulled Pinkston over again just prior to 4:30 a.m. in Lorain, the Chronicle-Telegram, Elyria, reported Thursday.

California authorities charged Backstreet Boy Nick Carter with drunk driving in March 2005 after the 25-year-old singer was pulled over for a traffic violation at about 7:30 PM.
