Man Stuffed Fake Bills Into ATMs, Cops Say

Authorities say a man accused of stuffing amateurish counterfeit bills in the ATMs of two midtown Manhattan banks has been arrested.

The FBI said Gene Carlo Pena was arrested at Kennedy Airport Monday afternoon.
