Man Who Used Baby As Shield Shocked By Taser

A 30-year-old Suquamish man holding a baby as police tried to arrest him for a probation violation was shocked with a Taser Tuesday afternoon, according to documents filed in Kitsap County District Court.

An officer on National Avenue at Kitsap Way spotted the man "with a small child in tow" and recognized the 30-year-old, also finding he had a state probation violation warrant. Click Here To Read More
