Jesus "Pepe" Fuentes, 37, was charged this week in federal court with his mother, Ester Carrera, 59, and their alleged heroin supplier, Pedro Salas, 21. Fuentes and his mother are from Gary while Salas is from Belvidere, Ill., and Salem, Ore., a DEA spokesman said. Click Here To Read More

| A Meadow Drive woman reported Thursday that sometime on June 22, someone entered a bedroom in her house and stole a pair of diamond earrings worth $1,100. The woman's daughter reportedly admitted that she sold the earrings to a dealer for $50. |

Chris Klein, 26, best known for his role of 'Oz' in the American Pie franchise, was arrested on February 2, 2005 when San Diego sheriff's deputies pulled over him while he was driving a 2003 BMW. Klein's blood alcohol content was more than double the California limit of .08. After Klein was booked into a lockup, he posed for the below mug shot below.
