In December 2006, Whitehall, New York, authorities found Xanax, Percocet, and Hydrocodone in Anastasio's possession during a traffic stop a few miles from the Vermont border. In addition to the criminal possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated (drugs) charges, Anastasio was cited for driving without a license.
