Strathcona RCMP are asking for the public's help identifying a man accused of filling his pants with stolen meat.
According to police, between 1 p.m. and 1:10 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 30, a man entered the Costco Wholesale at 2201 Broadmoor Boulevard in Sherwood Park, headed to the meat section and put "several" packages of meat in the coveralls he was wearing.
After some mild bickering during a delivery at a Wal-Mart in October in Indiana County, Pa., according to police, a Pepsi Cola route man allegedly repeatedly punched a Coca-Cola route man in the face.
Jupiter, Florida, authorities charged MLB manager Tony LaRussa with drunk driving in March 2007. The official report states that the St. Louis Cardinals' manager was slumped over the wheel of a Ford SUV in an intersection around midnight. After failing field sobriety tests, the 62-year-old LaRussa was transported to the Palm Beach County Jail, where Breathalyzer tests showed his blood alcohol content to be .093 - above Florida's .08 legal limit. LaRussa posted $500 bond and was released.
