Postal Worker Admits She Took Bribes To Deliver Marijuana Parcels On her Boca Raton Route

A former U.S. Postal Service worker is facing federal prison after she admitted she took cash bribes in exchange for delivering packages that she knew contained some kind of drugs.

Evelyn Ramona Price, 53, of Deerfield Beach, said she illegally redirected several packages on her Boca Raton delivery route over a period of about five months last year.

A Meadow Drive woman reported Thursday that sometime on June 22, someone entered a bedroom in her house and stole a pair of diamond earrings worth $1,100. The woman's daughter reportedly admitted that she sold the earrings to a dealer for $50.

Edward Furlong

Former kid-celebrity Edward Furlong was arrested in Kentucky in September 2004 on charges of public intoxication. Furlong and company allegedly arrived at a local grocery store in a rowdy manner and started to snatch lobsters from the store's tank. When police tried to search him, he put his hands up in the air and started to turn around in circles. Furlong was in custody only a handful of hours before posting bail and being released.
