Police in Edmonds, Poulsbo, Stanwood and Redmond are teaming up to track a man who has robbed four banks in Western Washington in three months.
The robber, who authorities are calling the "duct tape bandit," has shown a handgun and demanded money at the banks. Police say a customer and an employee were assaulted in Stanwood.
Police spotted a fire crew hooking their hose into a hydrant and filling a private swimming pool with water, authorities said.
