Robber Took "Self-Portraits" On Stolen Phone, Police Say

A man who stole a cell phone while armed with a knife took photographs of himself that were found when the victim updated his new phone, police said.

Dylan T. Hankewycz, 18, of no fixed address, faces charges of robbery, simple assault, theft, and receiving stolen property, according to Hanover police. Click Here To Read More

Hiroshi Nishizaki, 46, was arrested in Osaka, Japan, in May and accused of causing damage of the equivalent of about $5,500 by pouring urine on a neighbor's house on 169 occasions, because it was blocking Nishizaki's view.

Rip Torn

Texan actor Rip Torn was arrested for drunk driving in the city suburb of North Salem, New York in December 2006 for crashing his car into a tractor-trailer. State police said the 75-year-old actor was visibly intoxicated and refused a Breathalyzer test. He was later quoted as saying "I love New York" after being acquitted in a juried trial. Torn was arrested on the same charge two years earlier in New York City for crashing into a taxi.
