Sarasota Police Storm McDonald's To Catch Drug Suspect

Undercover police officers stormed a McDonald's restaurant and ordered diners and employees to the ground as they tried to catch a suspected cocaine dealer Thursday.

A man walked out of a Military Road bowling alley with a full glass of beer and proceeded to walk home. Police stopped him, only to find that the glass wasn't filled with beer, but a fluid of similar color.

Activist Jesse Jackson was arrested in December 1999 and charged with criminal trespass when he walked onto the grounds of an Illinois high school where a debate was raging around the penalization of several students expelled for fighting. Jackson was recently arrested and charged again for the same crime in connection with a demonstration at a gun shop in Riverdale, Illinois, when he refused to leave the store as ordered by police.
