Suspect Withdrew Cash From ATM, Wanted Bank To Reimburse Him

Detectives say Scott Douglas Jury reported that his Wells Fargo checking account was overdrawn by $1,515 in transactions he did not make and wanted the bank to reimburse him for the 'fraudulent' ATM transactions, according to a news release from the Charlotte County Sheriff's Office.

The bank refused to reimburse him, allegedly telling the 53-year-old Grove City man that he needed an official Sheriff's Office report to make a claim.

Police are investigating two incidents involving a male exposing himself on the Neumann College campus. The first incident occurred Jan. 22, about 2:45 p.m., in a stairwell. A female student said she encountered a white male in his mid-20s who was exposing himself. A second incident was reported about 3 p.m. Feb. 11. The male was described as white, between 20 and 30 years old, about 180 pounds with short brown hair and wearing large frame glasses, faded brown bomber jacket and a blue shirt.

Miami Beach police reports state that the 28-year-old rapper was arrested after an alleged shootout in South Beach involving several members of his entourage. Authorities stopped the group a short time later and found a semi-automatic gun under Jeezy's seat and another near the armrest.
