Police said two men stole two bikes minutes after being released from the Johnson County Jail.

According to Iowa City police criminal complaints, 18-year-old Nadjib Bourahla and 18-year-old Jaylin A. Richards were both released from the Johnson County Jail at 9:15 a.m. July 9.
