UCF Car Break-In Suspect Free On Bail Arrested In Volusia Days Later

Less than a week after a felon was released on bail from the Orange County Jail after being charged in nearly three dozen car break-ins, deputies said he is back behind bars for a similar crime, but this time in Volusia County.

Saevon Broaden, 22, was arrested Monday on new burglary and grand theft charges, less a week after he was freed on bail following his arrest in connection with nearly three dozen car burglaries at the University of Central Florida.

In October, Gary Gordon of Nevada, IA reported a burglary. Gordon indicated an unknown party entered his residence and took a half gallon of ice cream from the freezer. The loss was estimated at $5.00. Investigation is continuing.

"Monday night Football" theme singer Hank Williams Jr. (whose legal name is Randall Hank Williams Jr.) was charged with assault to commit bodily harm after he allegedly choked and verbally abused a 19-year-old waitress in Memphis, Tennessee. The country singer surrendered to the Shelby County Sheriff in April 2006 and was subsequently released without bond. on a warrant issued by a Tennessee court charging him with assault to commit bodily harm.
