Weird Crime: Parking Lot Impatience

Richard Anthony Owen's weekend was off to a rough start. On the evening of August 17, 2012, he was arrested and charged with trespassing by the Tampa police. After spending less than an hour of his Friday night in jail, Richard was released at 1:00 AM on Saturday morning.

Since the night was still young, Richard decided to try and salvage the evening. But first, he needed some wheels. In March 2006, Florida authorities charged Jay Jenkins (aka Young Jeezy) with two counts of carrying a concealed firearm without a permit. Miami Beach police reports state that the 28-year-old rapper was arrested after an alleged shootout in South Beach involving several members of his entourage. Authorities stopped the group a short time later and found a semi-automatic gun under Jeezy's seat and another near the armrest.
