A Louisville woman facing drug charges turned to "Plan #2" to try to avoid arrest.
According to WAVE-TV, Myra Cook was at the University of Louisville Hospital when she was told she would be arrested when she was discharged. When she was released, the 40-year-old told officers she needed to use the bathroom.
Katherine Lambeth, 50, of Cloverhill Drive allowed a man named "G" to borrow her 1980 Oldsmobile, Officer Shawn Haney reported. In exchange, she received from him $50 worth of crack cocaine and a promise to return the car by 5 p.m. last Saturday. When he didn't return the car as promised, she reported her car missing Monday. The car is valued at $1,500.
NBA star Jason Kidd was charged and pleaded guilty to domestic abuse in January 2001. Kidd was ordered to attend anger management classes.
